deadCenter Film Festival 2026 and Philbrook Museum team up to present exclusive programming from Oklahoma's premier Oscar® qualifying Festival to Tulsa, OK! Programming will include a pairing of a short film with an exclusive feature film selection distinct to this Tulsa experience, and not playing in the Oklahoma City dates. We hope you will join us in celebrating creativity and community through film.
