Join us at The Peale for a special film screening of Change My Mind, where three Czech self-proclaimed "patriots" are brought to the front line of the Russo-Ukrainian war. Seeing war first-hand, not via web, but on the ground, facing the harsh reality of the conflict. Are they able to understand what's happening?

Change My Mind adopts a confrontational approach: individuals known for spreading pro-Russian narratives are taken to the Ukrainian war front and faced with the raw, unfiltered horrors of conflict. The filmmakers don’t aim for a neat redemption arc; instead they want to juxtapose absurd denial with inescapable human suffering, prompting real—or at least visibly strained—reactions.

There will be a short discussion after the film screening.
