Let’s get together!We’re hosting a new event, and we’d love to see you there. Join us for a film screening for Amateur Movie Day and help us celebrate the rich traditions of the region’s amateur filmmaking clubs and their competitions.
This programme presents the remarkable range and imagination found in nonprofessional filmmaking, drawing from the historic collection of the Institute of Amateur Cinematographers.
The screening offers a rare chance to see these films as they were meant to be experienced – on the big screen, in the company of others and on film. Together, they form a lively social portrait of East Anglia’s grassroots film culture.
