Film Music Spectacular

The Blyth Community Windband was formed in September 2024 at Yamaha Music School by Steven Moore. Conducted by Chris Turbull, the group have worked hard every Monday to bring you events such as the free Christmas Spectacular last year.

Blyth Symphony Orchestra, formed more recently in September 2025, joins a growing number of ensembles operating out of Yamaha Music School. Neil Morton, pianist and long time teacher in the North East, runs the orchestra which rehearses every Tuesday.
