Avi Federgreen is a seasoned Canadian film producer with over 25 years of experience across various aspects of filmmaking, including production and distribution. Having produced over 70 films across diverse genres, his work often resonates globally through successful film festival circuits and strong distribution strategies. He is also a director, with notable works like Red Balloon and Family Seductions (sold to Netflix US). Avi’s advocacy for emerging filmmakers is evident through initiatives like Indiecan10K and Indiecan20K, which help new talent navigate the industry and secure distribution.
Tony Armer is an expert in film production, distribution, and promotion with a two-decade-long career. He is the Head of Physical Production at Talon Entertainment Finance and has served as Film Commissioner for St. Petersburg Clearwater, where he helped attract significant film investments. Tony co-founded the Sunscreen Film Festival, a platform for independent filmmakers, and has worked on films distributed by major companies like Lionsgate. His extensive experience in both production and distribution has made him a key figure in the industry.
