Overachieving student Tracy Flick (Reese Witherspoon) is all but certain to become high school president. Jim McAllister (Matthew Broderick), a frustrated teacher with ulterior motives, sets out to thwart her by molding a rival candidate. And then a wildcard third candidate enters the fray....
Election is an incisive take on power, pettiness, manipulation and self-sabotage - and it's funny, too!
