If you’ve been pouring into everyone else… and quietly running on empty, this evening is for you.Join me for a guided, in-person workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and feel anchored again.
This is an intentional space to pause, reflect, and return to yourself and your identity in Christ.
During our time together, you’ll be led through gentle reflection, grounding practices, and Christ-centered truth to help you recognize where you’ve been pouring out and begin to refill in a meaningful, sustainable way.
Enjoy herbal tea and light refreshments as you settle into a calm, supportive environment. You’ll also receive a small take-home gift to help anchor and remember this experience beyond the evening.
