You’ll float home feeling lighter, well cared for and with a deep sense of worthiness, because you deserve to offer yourself patience, kindness and compassion. There is no experience necessary, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Please bring with you a blanket and a couple of pillows/cushions (or a bolster if you have one) to support you during our time together. If you would like to bring an eye mask or anything else to make you feel more at home and comfortable then please do.
