What's pierogi you may ask?? It's a Polish/Ukrainian dumpling filled with potato. YUM! Buckle up... This is not a class where you watch someone demonstrate how to make pierogi. Oh no, no, no! Students in this class should expect to make the pierogi, cook the pierogi, and eat the pierogi (and you will also take some home.) This is a lively, hands-on, delicious class. Come prepared to learn about this wonderful tradition, get messy, and have fun.
