Sartorius has reserved a limited number of rooms at the Moxy La Ciotat 3* Hotel and the Best Western Linko Hotel. Both are a short drive from our Aubagne site. A courtesy shuttle bus will be provided each day between the venue and the hotel.

The rooms are allocated on a first-come basis.

How to Request a Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your registration, please go to "View and manage your order" at the bottom of your confirmation e-mail to enter your Eventbrite account. In your account, you can "Request a Refund". Ensure that you provide all the necessary details to process your request efficiently.

Refund Policy:
If we receive your cancellation request before or on September 22, 2025, you will be eligible for a full refund of your registration fee. The refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your request.
Cancellations After September 22, 2025 or No-Shows:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations received after September 22, 2025, or for participants who do not attend the event without prior notice. This policy helps us manage event logistics and commitments effectively.
Sartorius' Right to Cancel:
Sartorius reserves the right to cancel a participant's registration at our discretion. In such cases, we will notify the participant as soon as possible and provide a full refund of the registration fee.

Photography will take place at this event. The photos taken will be used within the scope of the Sartorius Group’s internal and external communication measures. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the Sartorius team, the photographer directly, or send an email to [email protected].
