Root's Winter Supper Club - Filipino Edition Jan 11th 6pm $38 per personOur new chef Miriam lived in the Philippines for a large portion of her life. She is bringing some of her favorite Filipino flavors to Root for this dinner.
1st Course Filipino Cucumber Salad
2nd Course Coconut Milk Chicken Adobo served with side Panut Bihon Rice Noodles with pork belly
3rd Course Turon-crispy Filipino Banana & Jackfruit Lumpia
What is Supper Club?
Every other week Root offers a pre-paid reservation only 3-4 course meal with optional wine pairing. Winter is our slow time, offering us time to play in the kitchen and plan meals that are not normally on our menu. And allow us to offer a more formal dining experience to our guests. Last year we had so much fun offering these dinners. We are excited to offer them again this Winter.
