This is an OPEN Event For Metal Detecting at Figsbury Rings, Salisbury
We had a blast last year and some amazing finds were unearthed, i will post some pics up. This year we are going back and doing the lower fields, where a Gold Sovereign came up along with a 15c Gold pendent, Roman coins, Hammered coins, Brooches, Tealby Pennies, Sceats.
there is a new field and the others have been turned when we left last year, the fields will be harvest crop, so stubble.
