Join us on the Midtown Lawn in Tampa for an energizing fundraiser in support of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Awareness cause. This community event will feature F45 group workouts and invigorating cold plunges—perfect for pushing limits while honoring a powerful mission. It’s more than fitness; it’s a chance to come together, raise vital funds, and show support for those affected by breast cancer. Let’s sweat with purpose and make a difference, one plunge at a time. Every ticket purchased will put your name in a raffle to win gift baskets. At 5:15 p.m. we will all head over to walk-on's for drinks and the annoucement of the raffle winners.
