Take part in lively movement sessions, enjoy some brain exercises and healthy treats, and learn relaxation techniques designed to boost your body and your brain!

Throughout the morning, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in FREE on-site memory screenings by signing up for a designated time slot during the event. From energizing activities to relaxing chair yoga, there will be plenty of opportunities to laugh, move and connect with others while discovering simple ways to support lifelong brain health.
