Fight like a girl wrestling camp

Something massive is coming to Rock Springs this October, and it’s about more than just what happens on the mat. We are bringing an All-Girls, All-Ages, All-Skill Levels wrestling camp to the JR High, and it is going to be fierce.
REDEFINING STRENGTH
In this sport, "fighting like a girl" means being strong, being fearless, and being a champion. Women’s wrestling hasn't just grown the sport—it saved it. We’re here to celebrate that power by focusing on the unique edge female athletes bring to the circle.
WHAT WE’RE MASTERING:
This isn't just another practice; it’s a deep dive into the technical and physical superiority of the female game. We will be covering:
• Performance Nutrition: Specialized discussions on fueling specifically for the female body to maximize mat-strength, recovery, and long-term health.
• Technical Mastery: Breaking down the styles that differentiate women’s wrestling, including the high-level leverage and flexibility-based transitions that make our game more technical and explosive.
• The "Pink & Powerful" Mentality: Embracing the aesthetic of wearing pink while proving we are the toughest, most relentless athletes in the building.
WRESTLING FOR A CAUSE
This camp is about building champions and raising awareness. We are proud to announce that 50% of all profits from this event will be donated directly to Breast Cancer Awareness. Every takedown and every drill supports a fight that touches us all.
