This beginner-friendly session is all about strength, confidence, and community in a supportive space where women uplift one another. Come ready to sweat, learn the basics, and channel your inner fighter. Stick around after class for goody bags and raffle prizes!

Important Info:

• Please arrive by 2:20pm to ensure you have time to get your hands-wrapped (and glitter on!) before class.
• Class starts at 2:45pm sharp.
• Hand-wraps are required to participate and available for purchase for $19 at Rumble. You can also bring your own.
• Glove rentals are complimentary through Rumble.
