Fight Like A G.I.R.L. Summer Camp

At Fight Like A G.I.R.L. camp, girls ages 8–12 will gain practical self-defense skills, boost their confidence, and build character through the core values of Grit, Integrity, Respect, and Leverage. This week-long experience combines physical training with verbal boundary-setting strategies in a safe, supportive environment led by certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu instructors, Lauren Johns and Luke Johns.
