EKD born as part of collective 'Mirai Seiki Mexico,' which hosted parties in Tokyo in the early 2000s. In 2007 they began activities under the name of 'MESTIZO FUERZA,' supported by JAPONICUS and CARIBBEAN DANDY, during ten years in Tokyo. In 2011, they toured the Basque Country as part of the Radical Music Network South Europe Tour with Caribbean Dandy (DJs). Experiencing the music of Fermin Muguruza and through Japan tours with Esne Beltza and Zuloak, EKD got a taste of the deep culture and character of the Basque region music. They appeared at the Fuji Rock Festival in 2009, 2011, and 2023 (as LOS CHANGARAS). In 2016, they opened the live house bar 'Tohcara' in Mitsuhama, Matsuyama city, their hometown. Around the same time, they formed the band 'STONE AXE,' composed of local members. In 2020, the band was reorganized into the acoustic group 'LOS CHANGARAS' with the same members. With Eminco on accordion, Maron on bass, and Pe-ta Maru on drums, they continue their music activities rooted in the local scene.

"Kom Agen is Jamaican Patois for the English phrase 'Come Again,' and by adding an 'S' at the end, they created a word that doesn't exist in the dictionary, meaning 'people who take a breath and act on things one more time.' Kom Agens is a band created to explore new musical attempts based on Reggae and Dub. Breaking the stereotype that 'Reggae is just upbeat and lively music,' they add violins to emotional and dreamy rhythms and melodies to create Kom Agens' own sound, delivering music with hopeful yet sorrowful lyrics that resonate with and comfort our lives. In addition, by adding live dub mixing and applying effects like echo and reverb to each part, they aim for an infinite, cosmic sound.".
