TICKETS ARE ONLY SOLD AT THE DOOR, DAY OF EVENT! BE SCAMMER AWARE. They come out of the woodwork and FB doesn't stop them. So PLEASE don't be fooled by SCAMMERS. ENTRY TICKETS ARE NOT SOLD ONLINE.
FIGHT CLUB SURVIVOR'S SEMI-ANNUAL BINGO FUNDRAISER!
*VENDORS, RAFFLES, FOOD & FUN ALL WHILE SUPPORTING A GOOD LOCAL CAUSE!
Info to help you come prepared...
*OPEN: Doors open at 4:30pm. If you are hoping to gather a few seats, we strongly advise you to come early (4:00pm) in the event there is a line. *We cannot save seats unless in need of handicap accessibility.
*ENTRY FEE: $20 per person. You receive 3 booklets, 10 games each. Additional sets of booklets are available for purchase at a discounted rate!
*RAFFLES UPDATED: Raffle drawings will begin approximately at 9:30pm. Gift Baskets and Split the Pot
*FOOD: Food order forms are available at each table. These forms can be filled out prior to placing your food/beverage order at the kitchen. This helps our Kitchen Goddesses immensely.
Sloppy Joes, chicken salad sandwiches, and beef hotdogs, as well as nachos, popcorn, chips and sweets!
NO OUTSIDE FOOD PLEASE. This is a FUNDRAISER and many beautiful souls have donated food and their time to help with the success of the fundraiser.
*VENDORS: Vendors will have items available for those last-minute gifts, or just to restock your own necessities! Support our Vendors who are familiar faces and those who are new.
*INK DAUBERS: $2
*PLAYING: After paying the entry fee, you will receive 3 booklets of 10 pages each. 1 entire booklet will be played first, generally takes about an hour. After the 1st booklet is finished, we play a special game. After the special game, we have an intermission.
~IF you purchase an extra set of 3 Booklets, you will be playing 2 booklets per round, which equals 6 cards played per round.
~IF you're a bingo "loser"...it's ok...you'll be treated like Royalty. IYKYK ;-)
*WINNING: When you win a bingo, you have your choice of prizes. No gift baskets. Something completely different...IT'S A MYSTERY! If we tell you... But anyways, PLEASE don't let that stop you from attending. This is going to be FUN night, filled with laughter and love! *Please note, some of the gifts may be adult in nature.
*SPECIAL GAMES UPDATED: After completing a booklet, we have a special game. This is for a cash prize and since we play 3 special games (one at the end of each booklet), we encourage you to purchase all 3 right away so you get that free card! These games are 10.00 each or 3/20.00. Prizes are 100 ea!
*INTERMISSIONS: We have intermissions after we've completed each booklet and special game. Use this time to get your raffle tickets, food, Vendor items, head to the bar next door, etc. During intermission, we'll read feedback from some of those we've helped thru our Fight Club Survivor organization. You need to hear how YOUR support helps others!!
*THANK YOU GIFTS: The first 100 Attendees will get a small "thank you" gift.
*LIQUOR UPDATED: Since we are BACK IN BEECHER at the Beecher Amvet Hall, the Legion next door has a bar!! You can purchase your alcoholic beverages over there.
~We do ask that you please purchase your food, water and pop (soda) at our event as this is a fundraiser and people have donated these items to help with a successful event. The bar is not affiliated with Fight Club Survivor.
~Please keep in mind, you are responsible for your actions and this is a family friendly fundraiser. Fight Club Survivor, Staff of FCS, Bingo Guests, or the Beecher Amvet Hall Facilities will be responsible for your consumption of alcoholic beverages.
