Fifth Friday History Walk: Civic Life & Community Stories
Join Noblesville Preservation Alliance for our winter Fifth Friday History Walk, centered on the courthouse square and the civic, social, and community life that has unfolded around it for generations.
This walk will explore the square as Noblesville’s front porch: a place for parades, markets, speeches, trials, celebrations, public decisions, everyday errands, and shared memory. We’ll look at the courthouse, surrounding streetscapes, and nearby buildings as part of a larger story about civic identity, preservation, and the spaces that bring people together.
From public gatherings to quiet daily rituals, this walk will highlight how downtown’s historic places continue to hold the life of the community.
Each Fifth Friday walk features a different theme, route, stories, secrets, and surprises.
