Special Event: Fiesta Under the Stars An unforgettable evening where bold flavors, handcrafted cocktails, laughter, and togetherness come alive beneath the stars.
Join us for an all-new greenhouse dining experience celebrating bold flavors, handcrafted cocktails, and the joy of gathering under the stars. We've partnered with Racine favorite Olde Madrid to create a specially curated menu featuring fresh seasonal ingredients, vibrant Latin-inspired cuisine, handcrafted tequila cocktails and refreshing mocktails, all set in the beautifully decorated tropical setting of our greenhouse illuminated by thousands of magical lights.
The evening begins with festive appetizers and a signature cocktail or mocktail before guests enjoy a thoughtfully crafted multi-course dinner featuring street corn salad, slow-roasted carnitas, braised beef short ribs with rich red mole, and a decadent coconut flan with churro. A final handcrafted cocktail pairing accompanies dessert as live mariachi music fills the greenhouse, creating an unforgettable atmosphere where laughter, conversation, and even a little dancing is encouraged. As a special thank you, every guest will receive an exclusive Milaeger's gift—a living plant chosen to continue growing long after the evening ends, serving as a lasting reminder of an evening shared around exceptional food, wonderful company, and the simple joy of being together. Tickets are $125 plus tax per person. Cash bar available for additional beverages.

Roasted Mexican Street Corn Salad
Sweet corn, creamy cotija, avocado, fresh herbs, and Milaeger's microgreens.
Slow-Roasted Carnitas
Served family style, it’s a build your own tacos with tender pulled pork served with your favorite toppings including fresh Milaeger Rockin’ Radish microgreens. Served with blue corn tortillas.
Red Mole Braised Beef Short Ribs
Slow-braised beef in a rich, smoky mole sauce with grilled pineapple and roasted baby potatoes.
Sweet Finale
