We teach women and girls how to fight!At Luckyfoot Martial Arts, we have created a space where women and girls are encouraged to learn confidence-building, life-saving self-defense skills. Join our 5 week fight camp to learn striking, self-defense and make friends! Wear comfortable athletic clothing, bring water, and be prepared to sweat!
BEGINNER FRIENDLY!
WHEN: Camp runs weekly for 5 weeks on Wednesdays at 5:30pm-6:30pm May 27th-June 24th.
HOW MUCH: The price for this camp is $150 per person and registration includes hand wraps. If you have hand wraps or boxing/kickboxing gloves, you are welcome to wear them!
WHERE: Luckyfoot Martial Arts - 521 N Denver Ave Loveland CO
WHAT TO BRING: Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. We do not allow shoes on our mats so you will be provided with a cubby to place your belongings.
LEARN: We will teach basic striking and kicking techniques, footwork/agility, self-defense (grabs, chokes, ground defense). Classes will include a conditioning and fitness portion to build our skills. Prepare to sweat, learn to hit hard, and have fun!
