🕔 Homeowner Hearings: 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM
🕕 Board Meeting: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
All Fieldstone homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
If you have a concern, question, suggestion, or would like to address the Board regarding a specific matter, please arrive between 5:30 PM and 6:00 PM for the Homeowner Hearing portion of the meeting.
The Board Meeting will begin promptly at 6:00 PM and generally follows the agenda below:
• Committee Reports
• Management Report
• Old Business
• New Business
• Board Discussion and Action Items
Our goal is to keep residents informed, hear community feedback, and work together to make Fieldstone a great place to live.
Whether you have a specific topic to discuss or simply want to stay informed about what’s happening in the neighborhood, we would love to see you there.
