Field X Flow
About this Event
Come join us this harvest season to be nourished and renewed, surrounded by the natural beauty of Evergreen Brick Works. We’ll begin with our Harvest Brunch Workshop, guided by our very own pastry chef, featuring local, seasonal ingredients, including build your own yogurt parfaits with locally made organic granolas and fresh preserves. (Gluten-free options available.)
We’ll then move into our movement portion with a feel-good Pilates class focused on functional movement, mobility and mindful strength, designed for all bodies and experience levels. Bring your own mat (mats may be available upon request).
Feel free to browse Evergreen Brick Works’ very own on-site Farmers Market before or after the event (8 a.m.–1 p.m.).

About your instructors
Hi, I’m Catherine and I fell in love with Pilates after suffering for over 10 years with severe neurological pain caused by a rare, debilitating condition. Pilates gave me tremendous relief, restoring so much of my mobility and dramatically reducing my pain. As a former yogi, I feel honoured to be able to guide you through your Pilates practice, weaving in elements of yoga and mindfulness. My passion is creating classes that are accessible to all bodies, highly functional and gentle on the nervous system—leaving you feeling renewed and restored.

Hi you guys! I’m Teresa! I’m a chef and farmer with a deep love for good food and the people who grow it. My work has taken me from professional kitchens to vegetable fields, giving me a really appreciation for what it takes to get food from the soil to the table. I love cooking with seasonal ingredients and creating food that is nourishing, approachable and meant to be shared. I’m especially passionate about helping people be more connected to where their food comes from and the farmers behind it. Real food is the most delicious
