Field Trip Friday-Real Estate Edition

Step out of the classroom and into the field.

Field Trip Friday™ is a guided, on-site real estate learning experience designed to help agents sharpen their skills through real-world observation and discussion.

Participants will meet at a designated office location (rotating schedule) and caravan to view two active properties:

• One through the lens of a Buyer’s Agent
• One through the lens of a Listing Agent

Each stop is used as a live case study, allowing participants to observe, analyze, and discuss best practices in real time.

During the field trip, we will review and discuss:

• REALTOR® safety best practices
• Proper access and use of lockboxes
• Showing etiquette and Buyer Agent best practices
• What to look for during a listing appointment
• Key questions to raise with inspectors
• Strategies for keeping buyers focused and on task
• How to professionally manage showings involving children, pets, and common property nuisances
• Differences in residential property types and how they impact lending and insurance
• Evaluating HOA amenities and community features
