Get ready for a fun-filled outdoor Field Day designed for adults with intellectual & developmental disabilities and adults with autism! This inclusive community event is all about games, laughter, music, food, and making memories together.

While we celebrate on Juneteenth, the focus of the day is FUN, friendship, and enjoying an exciting field day experience outdoors by the water!

📅 Date: Friday, June 19
📍 Location: Huntington Beach Park, Newport News, VA (event is beside the beach, not on the beach)
🕚 Field Open: 11:30 AM – 6:00 PM
🎶 Food & Music: 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Water games & splash activities

🎟️ Admission & Wristbands

Entry is FREE for everyone!
Guests are welcome to attend, enjoy the atmosphere, music, and activities at no cost.

🎫 $10 Wristband Includes:

• Access to food all day
• Drinks throughout the event

Only guests with wristbands will be served food and drinks.

💡 Group sales and discounted tickets are available by email to help avoid Eventbrite processing fees.

🍧 Available for Purchase:

• Snow cones & popcorn — $2 each (cash only, while supplies last)

🪑 What to Bring

This is an outdoor park event, so guests are encouraged to bring:

• Lawn chairs or beach chairs
• Picnic blankets or towels
• Shade items if desired
• Clothes suitable for water activities

🛍️ Vendors & Sponsors Welcome

Vendor tables and sponsorship opportunities are available!

Vendor tickets include:

• Vendor space
• 2 wristbands for food access

Vendors are encouraged to bring:

• Their own table
• Umbrella, tent, or shade covering

• Water activities will be available — please come prepared

• No lifeguard on duty
