About this Event

On Wednesday 19th of March, from 2-4pm we will be running Fictioning the Archive at CCA as part of our residency.

Using archival material about the history of the area surrounding us, we will each build our own character profile of a fictional person. Participants will discuss, draw, and write, while responding to written prompts in order to create this character.

Together we will be thinking about the spaces we inhabit and the often secret histories behind them, we will be envisioning what kind of people we are walking in the footsteps of, and how the use of public spaces can contribute towards care, community and collectivism.
