Time: select from any of the following sessions:

• 7:30 AM – 50-minute class (Cardio or Lifting)
• 8:30 AM – Orange60 (1 hour of cardio, rowing, and lifting)
• 9:45 AM – Orange60 (1 hour of cardio, rowing, and lifting)
• 11:00 AM – Orange90 (90-minute class with an extra 30 minutes added!)
  

Location: Orange Theory Fitness Design District, 89 NE 38th St, Miami, FL 33137

What to bring: water, sweat towel, comfortable/ clothes shoes for curcuit training.

This is a mid to high-impact workout. All levels of experience welcomed.
