FFA Dinner & Live Auction Fundraiser

*You may come and attend the auction without purchasing dinner; give us a heads up
Tickets: (Adult 13+ years $20) (Kids 12 years and under $10). Purchased tickets get you into the auction event and a meal; you’re welcome to attend the auction event without a meal, but we will have no food for you. Our dinner is catered by Rutz's BBQ & Catering! Grilled burgers & toppings bar, grilled hot dogs, mac and cheese, green beans, ranch potato salad, and various desserts-- YUM!

2. If you know someone associated with our FFA alumni chapter, you can get them cash or a check to pay for your tickets. Checks made payable to "Strasburg FFA Alumni"
*Tickets are not refundable, but are transferable or can be made as a donation to FFA

Auction Items: various items donated/purchased from local businesses will be available for live bidding during the event. We can take cash, check, or card payments (fee included with cards). Items available for bidding will be posted to this event as they come, so you can take note of what interests you!
Items from Kyber Steel custom pieces, MDC Design custom woodworking pieces, themed gift baskets, Shady Hill Dried Floral and Christmas Wreaths, Local Meat Basket (beef, pork, and chicken), Christmas Tree Farm, Greenway Engineering- YETI Cooler, and more!
We are still and always seeking sponsors for this fundraiser or donations for the auction. Contact Strasburg FFA Alumni at [email protected] or call the school to get connected with one of our Ag teachers who will point you in the right direction for more info on becoming a sponsor.

Info: Check-In so we know you are here! Our list comes from those who purchased tickets to let us know they were coming for the auction. You will also be assigned a bidding number here.

Info: Hear important info on how the live auction will run. We will have some FFA members give thanks as well!

Info: Open your wallets and listen to your hearts for SKSM & SHS FFA! You are welcome to stay for the entertainment, but it is hard to resist the amazing items we will have for you. End time will be once the auction items are gone through and check-out is complete. Last year, this took approximately one hour.
