Community Space Guidelines

Welcome to our space! This is a QTBIPOC-centered community where we celebrate and prioritize the voices, experiences, and creativity of Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. That said, everyone is welcome here, as long as you show up with respect, an open mind, and a willingness to learn and uplift others.

To keep this space safe and inclusive, we have a few ground rules:

1. No Hate Speech or Discrimination
   Homophobia, transphobia, racism, sexism, ableism, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated. This is a space for love, respect, and solidarity.
2. Respect Pronouns and Identities
   Use the names and pronouns that people share with you. If you make a mistake, apologize and move forward.
3. Support QTBIPOC Voices
   This space centers QTBIPOC experiences. Please respect that by listening, learning, and not dominating conversations if you do not share those identities.
4. Consent is Key
   Whether it’s physical touch, taking photos, or discussing sensitive topics, always ask for consent first.
5. Be Mindful of Space
   Everyone deserves to feel seen and heard. Share the floor and make room for quieter voices.
6. Come as You Are
   Authenticity is celebrated here. Bring your whole self and respect the uniqueness of others.
7. No Judgment
   This is a space for growth and community. Mistakes happen, and we’re all here to learn together.
