Welcome to our first outing of 'Man's Best Friends'.
This FREE social walking group is designed to get men out, moving and talking in a safe, non-judgemental environment-accompanied by some amazing dogs. Our first meet up is at 'The Feed' at Waterloo Park in Norwich where we will be walking with dogs around the park followed by coffee and cake/food after in the cafe.
Our aim is to build a supportive community where stories, thoughts and emotions can be shared-breaking the stigma that men shouldn't open up about their feelings and struggles.
From the stress of relationships or family breakdowns, to job worries, money pressures, or addictions-this is a place where you don't have to carry it all alone. And what better way to start the conversation than alongside lovable hounds and a bunch of friendly mates.
