Flow into the festive season with a revitalising yoga sequence and a 2-course brunch, set in the stunning surroundings of Left Bank Leeds.

Bryony will guide you through an energising Vinyasa flow sequence designed to nourish both body and mind, helping you find your zen amidst the holiday chaos. All levels welcome with open arms, from complete beginners to seasoned yogis!

After your practice, sink your teeth into a delicious 2-course brunch from Frawl, a veg-centred pop-up created by sisters Anna and Beth. Everything is vegan and gluten free - check out the menu below.
