We invite you for a night of indulgence as The Beeswing teams up with Top Selection to present an unforgettable evening celebrating the produce of Spain. This five-course tasting menu has been carefully designed to showcase the country’s most exquisite meat and fish dishes, from the rugged coastline to the rich heartlands, each paired with wines personally chosen by Bob from Top Selection.

Throughout the evening, you’ll journey through Spain’s diverse culinary landscape: delicate seafood courses balanced by crisp, mineral whites; bold, slow-cooked meats complemented by deep, velvety reds; and surprising pairings that highlight the elegance and complexity of Spain's culinary landscape. Every wine has been selected not only for its character, but for the story it tells, often featuring small producers, traditional methods, and regions defined by passion and craftsmanship.

This is a dinner for true food and wine lovers: a celebration of texture, aroma, and harmony. Guests will be guided through each pairing, gaining insight into the philosophy behind the menu and the artistry of wine selection that elevates each dish to something extraordinary with talks from the chef.
