2nd course - Som Tom Passion - A spin on our classic Som Tom (Papaya salad) using green papaya, red onion, cucumber, tomato, and carrot made with Fruitful Passionfruit Liquor syrup, fresh garlic, lime juice, fish sauce, and a variety of seasonings and spices. - Paired with a craft cocktail using Fruitful Papaya Liquor.
3rd course - Lemon Butter Cranberry Seared Pork/Tofu with chopped salad - Your Choice of either Seared Pork or Tofu with sage topped with a lemon butter cranberry sauce with a side of our chopped potato brussel sprout salad with walnuts tossed in a Fruitful Jalapeno Liquor vinaigrette. - Paired with a Fruitful Dragonfruit Liquor.
4th course - Figgy Bread Pudding - Bread pudding with a Fruitful Fig Liquor glaze.
