Festive Flow. Three Teachers. One Great Cause.
Join MCY favourites Matt, Kat and Nicole for their charity fundraiser class in aid of SAMH in December – a joyful, mindful and grounding Festive Flow in support of SAMH (Scottish Action for Mental Health), Scotland’s national mental health charity.
You’ll begin with a gentle mindful movement and breath-focused practice led by Nicole, inviting calm and space to connect with your body. Just what you need mid-December amongst the festive hustle of a Saturday afternoon.
Then, Matt will guide you through a warming vinyasa flow, uniting breath, attention and movement to build strength and vitality.
Finally, Kat will lead Breathing Bones – a mindful, meditative movement practice originally created by her beloved teacher Rosina Bonsu. This deeply restorative sequence uses breath and gravity to release the muscles, free the joints, realign the skeletal structure and restore balance throughout the body.
After class, join us in the Courtyard Studio for tea and festive treats, kindly donated by Nicole’s mum, Hazel, and friends from our MCY community. A lovely chance to connect, unwind and celebrate the season together.
