Festive Feast – A Celebration of Seasonal FlavoursCelebrate the season in style at the Vitality HealthyFood Studio with our Festive Feast — a joyful culinary experience filled with colour, creativity and warming festive flavour.
Begin with a crispy onion taco topped with pineapple salsa and smooth red pepper emulsion. Then enjoy delicate rainbow trout on a bed of rocket, mint and radish with a bright pomegranate-citrus dressing.
For the main event, prepare chermoula-roasted turkey with millet, dried apricot and almond stuffing, portobello mushrooms filled with tender roast beef fillet, and aromatic ostrich fillet infused with rosemary, thyme and garlic.
Round out the table with Sichuan chilli-crunch Brussels sprouts and a warm quinoa-crusted pumpkin tart.
Finish with a velvety peach melba cheesecake topped with fresh peaches and mint — a sweet and elegant finale to your festive celebration.
