We're excited to reveal Karen Davies as the tutor of our new full-day workshop being held at Knaresborough on Saturday 18 October.
Karen says: "Really looking forward to this. We have a great festive and fun day planned! Lots to do, learn and plenty of cakes to see!"
With over 30 years’ experience at the forefront of the UK sugarcraft industry, Karen is a highly respected cake designer, author, and qualified teacher who has a world-wide reputation for her distinctive style.

Tea, Coffee, Biscuits and Cake refreshments are included in the ticket price - you are welcome to bring a packed lunch.
