As nature's wheel turns away from summer, we move into the Yin part of the year, the time of welcoming the autumn energies and the powerful portal of the Autumn Equinox.
The Autumn Equinox holds deep spiritual symbolism across many traditions, seen as a threshold - a moment of balance between light and dark, activity and rest, our outer and inner worlds. We are encouraged to move into a space of reflection and introspection, inviting the more subconscious parts of ourselves to be witnessed and released.
To create a harmonious life, we are invited to explore the balance of our own internal light and shadow, thus allowing us to move into the next steps of growth and evolution.
During our immersion day we will explore the subconscious pattern of victimhood, expanding our capacity to take responsibility for our own growth and healing. We will journey into these parts of self from a place of curiosity and wisdom, learning from each other as we go. From this higher perspective we can explore where victimhood may have kept us small, limiting our relationship to life. Through adjusting the lens, we can turn this pattern into empowerment.
Autumn is the season for letting go, releasing and shedding what no longer serves us, supporting us to conserve energy as we enter the winter months and for the preparation of spring.
The day will include: reflection, introspection, sharing circle, movement, conscious connected breathwork, Shamanic journeying and relaxation. Lunch and refreshments providied.
This immersion day has been curated by experienced space holders, Hilary from Trinity Breathwork and Sarah from School of Forgotten Wisdom.
Our turn of the wheel event is created to accumulate wisdom within our community, to heal and grow both individually and collectively and to celebrate the beauty of aligning with the seasons of nature. We offer a brave, nurturing and inclusive space to explore and come home to yourself amongst the busyness of life.
