Festive Block Printing Workshop

Spend the morning in the beautifully relaxed and cosy setting of the Victoria Inn, Salcombe. Enjoy some festive crafting and create your very own set of Christmas cards or a sheet of decorative wrapping paper.

On arrival you will be offered a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie before settling down for the mornings session.

Grace Coombes from Linnet Workshops will guide you through each step of the process, starting with sketching out your festive design, then carving the lino block, applying the ink and finally printing your cards or gift wrap.

Immerse yourself in this rewarding printmaking method and gain confidence in your own creativity. Share the experience with friends or take some time out just for you.

All tools and materials are provided. This session is suitable for complete beginners, no previous experience necessary. If you would like to bring some ideas or sketches along, please do. We suggest bringing an apron to protect your clothes.

Each participant will leave with a beautiful set of cards and envelopes or a sheet of handprinted wrapping paper and their lino block which can be used again for future craft projects.

All workshop attendees will receive 10% off the lunch menu at the Victoria Inn so you can really make a day of it.
