Scouts BSA Troop 7 is hosting the 1st Annual Festival of Wreaths. This event will be held on Sunday, Dec. 8th on the Brimfield Town Common.
To enter the contest:
- To receive an Entry Form contact Scoutmaster Tara Sheffield a
(413) 487-3218 or [email protected]
- Entry fee is a $20 donation per wreath.
- A blank 12" wreath can be picked up on Saturday, Nov.
23rd on the town common or arrangments can be made to pick
it up.
-Please keep decorations family friendly
-Drop off wreath entry on the Town Common on Sunday, Dec. 8th
from 9AM-12PM
How and when is the scoring taking place?:
- All wreath entries will be on display on the town common, for
the public to choose the top wreath, on Sunday, Dec. 8th from
12PM to 4:30PM. Just Stop by the Scout tent on the Town
Common to pick up your score card.
- Then take a walk along the common walkways to view all the
wreath entries. Once you have selected the top wreath turn your
Score Card in back at the Scout tent.
As a bonus, the town common Christams Tree Lighting event is schedule to start at 4:30PM with Santa arriving at 5PM. There will be plenty of free hot chocolate and holiday cookies for everyone. Scoring the wreaths and the Tree Lighting ont he town common is a free event.
All the proceeds from this event will be going to Scouts BSA Troop 7 to help cover the costs of Scout / Troop activities, Youth leader trainings, etc. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Scoutmaster Tara Sheffield a (413) 487-3218 or [email protected]
