Set up time for tree: $35 registration fee.

Nov 21 - 4 - 7 PM onwards, Nov 22 - 9 AM - 1PM

Pick up time: Nov 24th 9AM - 6:00 PM

Each tree sponsor may select a local charity or non -profit to represent. All proceeds raised fromt hat tree's silent auction or donations will be donated directly to the chosen cause.

Be vendor at Market Place: $75

Setup access: Friday Nov 21, 4:00 pm or Sunday Nov 22 - 9 :00 am

Breakdown: Nov 22 or 23 morning.

One 6-ft table and 2 chairs provided

The vendor market runs alongside the Festival of Trees opening night Nov 22 4-9 pm

LAUNCH PARTY & TREE LIGHTING
Join us on Saturday, November 22nd from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM for a magical night of holiday cheer featuring:

Stroll through a winter wonderland of dazzling Holiday Trees

• 4 PM: Event Start (Trees bidding open, Kids Crafts, Shopping Christmas Treats, Drinks, and Live Music)
• 5-8 PM: Photos with Santa
• 9 PM: Event End

Bid on your favorite trees for a chance to take them home in our silent auction

A special visit from Santa Claus—perfect for family photos

Family-friendly crafts and activities for kids to enjoy

A Makers Market—holiday shopping at its finest!

This event is FREE to attend, so gather your friends and family to kick off the season in style.

GIVE BACK THIS HOLIDAY SEASON
Each tree in the Festival is sponsored and decorated with care. Through the silent auction, you can bid to take home one of these dazzling trees, and the proceeds will go to the sponsor’s nonprofit organization of choice. Celebrate the season while making a difference in our community.
