Nannup Town Hall stands on the traditional lands of the Wadandi / Bibelman People.The old Nannup Town Hall is an iconic venue with great acoustics. Built in 1903 out of timber as befits a timber town, the hall has seen many events. Its most challenging one that almost saw it torn down was the flood of 1982 when the Blackwood River rose and floodwaters at their peak flowed through the building at stage height
Festival of Small Halls returns to Nannup on Friday, 29 August 2025 with Charlie A'Court and Emily Barker.
Charlie A’Court – Built with a mighty voice, fierce guitar work and contemporary songwriting that is loved by fans across Canada and beyond, A’Court has always been recognised for exploring his musical horizons.
Emily Barker – Emily Barker is an award-winning Australian singer-songwriter. She had early success as the writer and performer of the theme to the hugely successful BBC/PBS masterpiece crime drama ‘Wallander’ starring Kenneth Branagh, and has since gone on to forge an acclaimed catalogue of releases.

Suzie Wong, Story teller of life - Suzie Wong is a wandering soul whose poetry reflects the ebb and flow of life’s magic moments. Suzie captures the highs and lows of his journey through verses that speak to happiness, heartache, solitude, and connection. With appreciation for life’s simple pleasures especially red wine and natures wonderous gifts, Suzie’s work invites readers to pause, reflect, and embrace both the light and the shadows of life. He is not a Chinese hooker.

Bar and food sales will be open before acts start and between each performance. Pizza slices, sweet and savoury snacks, mulled wine, beer, wine, coffee, tea and cool drinks.
Nannup Town Hall has accessible entry (through front or side doors) and has accessible bathrooms (the bathrooms, including accessible are external and public).
