Y’all ready for this? Mark your calendars! The Calvert County Watermen’s Association’s Festival and Workboat Docking Competition is scheduled for Sunday, September 21, 2025 at noon at the Watermen’s Wharf on the end of Solomons Island. This event features live music, local food and beer vendors, Chesapeake Jewelers, gun raffles, a kid’s anchor and buoy toss competition, and of course the main event—boat docking! We look forward to seeing all of you at this community event organized by the watermen who bring you fresh, local seafood and love giving back to our community.
