Located in beautiful Silver Spring, our outdoor workshop offers a safe space to explore various techniques and practices to support your well-being. Wherever you are in your fertility journey, we welcome you to join us in this restorative practice. Let's come together, learn, and grow as a community. See you there!
The event will be hosted outdoors. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, towel, and any additional supplies to support your yoga practice.
