Fertility Foundations Workshop — Founding Workshop Invite
Are you navigating the highs and lows of trying to conceive, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply exhausted by the journey? You are exactly who this workshop is for.
Fertility Foundations is a supportive, nurturing five-hour workshop where you'll explore how your energy, thoughts and emotions influence fertility, and learn simple grounding practices to bring clarity, awareness and renewed hope to your journey.
You'll be held in a safe space where you can breathe, be truly heard and simply be. No justifying yourself or your choices, no forced positivity, just real understanding while connecting with women who are walking the same path.
Because this is my first live delivery, I'm offering the full workshop at a special rate of $300 for this date only (full value $500), in exchange for your honest feedback and a testimonial. You receive the complete experience at a reduced rate and I get to refine and grow. A heartfelt exchange that works for both of us. 💛
This space is for you if:
• You've been trying to conceive without success
• You are living with PCOS, endometriosis or any condition that may be contributing to your journey
• You're navigating unexplained infertility
• You've experienced pregnancy loss
• You're on a secondary fertility journey
• You're feeling emotionally depleted and ready for something different
If you have been trying for some time and feel ready for a different kind of support, this workshop was created with you in mind.
This work sits beautifully alongside medical treatment, alternative therapies, and any professional support you're already receiving. Understanding your energetic body adds a powerful and often missing layer to the holistic foundation you are building.
What makes this workshop different is that your journey begins the moment you secure your place. You'll receive a Pre-Workshop Question sheet and two exercises to complete and return to me no later than four days before the workshop. Your responses give me a detailed understanding of where you are right now and allow me to prepare your personalised support in advance. Come with your old story and leave with a new one. Your experience begins long before you walk through the door, and what you take home will stay with you long after.
Once you have attended, I will personally invite you into a private Fertility Foundations Facebook Group. A confidential space to celebrate and support each other, created exclusively for women who have completed the workshop. Everything shared within the group and on the day stays within our circle.
Workshop Details:
• 📅 Date: Saturday 8th August 2026
• ⏰ Time: 9am to 3pm (inclusive of lunch and rest breaks)
• 📍 Location: Dedicated healing space, Bray Park (address provided with course confirmation)
• ☕ Included: Light snacks, tea, coffee and water
• 📝 Please bring your completed Pre-Workshop Question and exercises
• 🥪 Please bring your own lunch. A fridge is available for your use throughout the day
• 🛋️ This is your day to feel completely at ease. If you have a favourite pillow or blanket, a personal comfort item that helps you relax and feel at home, you are warmly welcome to bring it along for our meditation.
Cancellation Policy:
Payment is required in full to secure your place. All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, I am happy to transfer you to the next available workshop and your payment will be honoured. For extenuating circumstances, a refund request can be made and will be considered individually.
This is a founding workshop with a strict limit of five spots, giving every woman the personal attention and support she deserves. A minimum of three participants are required for the workshop to proceed.
