The Economic Opportunity Program, Inc. proudly presents the 15th Annual Ferrario Elmira Jazz Festival (FEJF), a one-day festival of jazz music in Upstate NY.
Headlined by two top Jazz talents - Marion Meadows and Brian Simpson. Local Favorite Top Shelf returns and will start the live music at noon.
In its 15th year, the Ferrario Elmira Jazz Festival is the main fundraiser for the Economic Opportunity Program Inc. of Chemung and Schuyler Counties (EOP). EOP serves over 5,000 people annually in the Southern Tier of NY providing programs such as Head Start and Early Head Start, Literacy Volunteers, Summer Feeding for children and adults, afterschool services, and weatherization services. EOP has been working in the community since 1965.
