Ferrario Elmira Jazz Festival 2025

The Economic Opportunity Program, Inc. proudly presents the 13th Annual Ferrario Elmira Jazz Festival (FEJF), a one-day festival of jazz music in Upstate NY.

Headlined by three top Jazz talents from Jazz in Pink, Paula Atherton, Gail Jhonson, and Brooke Alford. Local Favorite Top Shelf returns and will start the live music at noon.

Come join the fun and fusion of these great artists from the West Coast.

In its 13th year, the Ferrario Elmira Jazz Festival is the main fundraiser for the Economic Opportunity Program Inc. of Chemung and Schuyler Counties (EOP). EOP serves over 5,000 people annually in the Southern Tier of NY and provides such programs as Head Start and Early Head Start, Literacy Volunteers, Summer Feeding for children and adults, afterschool services, and weatherization services. EOP has been working in the community since 1965.
