Free Clothes Swap happening in Ferndale, Michigan.
Let's come together in support of our community! Times are tough, and in the thick of it, community will be our biggest asset. Please bring your gently used and donatable clothing items, shoes, hats, coats and blankets, etc... Anything considered "laundry" and is sanitary to donate. We need clothes for all people. While women are typically the ones to donate and shop at these events, the donation of mens clothing items cannot be ignored. All seasons of clothing are welcome too. Babies to Adults!
Through donations and volunteers is the only way to make this event happen!
DONATIONS: If you are interested in donating items to the event, you are welcome to bring them as early as noon on the day of or bring them as you arrive. We will have a team of volunteers sorting, folding and delivering clothes to organized tables throughout the entire event. If you are unable to attend the event, and you still want to donate, reach out to Jessi Shah!
VOLUNTEERING: If you are any of the dozens of people that responded that you are interested in volunteering, please find the correlating post for more information! Even if you are only able to give an hour of your time, we appreciate your effort to your community clothing drive!
SUPPLIES: If you have any of these supplies and you are happy to allow us to use it for the event, and to take it home with you at the end of the day, we would greatly appreciate that as well! We need: • folding tables, • event/vendor tents, • wagons, •clothing racks, •collapsable shelves.
