✅ Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (MCST) led by Age UK
✅ Expert talks & Q&A sessions with Care South’s Dementia Lead
✅ Support from a dedicated Age UK volunteer
✅ Fun and engaging activities to boost well-being
