Learn all the basics of fermenting vegetables at a Fermented Vegetables Workshop on Thursday, September 11. Jill Weber, a human sciences educator with ISU Extension and Outreach, will lead the workshop.
During the hands-on workshop, participants will:

• Uncover the amazing health benefits of fermented foods and why they are great for gut health.
• Get practical tips for avoiding common fermentation problems.
